私はロンドンに来ても、あまり日本食が恋しくなるほうではありませんが、「おいしいお店がある。」と聞けば、やはり訪れてみたくなります。

というのも、本当かどうかわかりませんが、イギリスは食材の輸入に厳しくて、日本の食材が思うように輸入できないというのです。

そのため、こだわりをもつ日本の大手メーカーはイギリス進出に後ろ向きだとか。

今回は、エッジウェアロード駅が最寄りのＳＵＳＨＩ＆Ｊａｐａｎｅｓｅ　Ｔａｐａｓ　「dinings」へ。

友達いわく、昼はまだしも、夜の予約は全然取れないとのこと。

私はラッキーだったのか、当日電話して予約が取れました。

日本人として感じるのは、日本の繊細な味がよく表現されていました。

かなり日本人的においしいです。

ロンドンで食べるから、価値があるお店です。

ただ、量も繊細。

欧米の人にとっては、「これだけ・・・」と思うかもしれません。

値段は他のお店に比べてやはり高め。

２人で１００ポンド位。（お酒込み）

記念日にどうぞ。

でも、内装も日本的にシンプル。

記念日にゴージャスに決めたいなら、ちょっとサビシイかも。

かなり通な雰囲気を決めたい時にどうぞ。

I don’t miss Japanese food so much, but I’d love to go to a Japanese restaurant that taste is good.

I don’t know actually that is true, but some big Japanese restaurants hardly open their shops in the UK, because the UK authority doesn’t allow to import some Japanese ingredients.

Some Japanese restaurants have their special preferences, so it’s difficult for them to start their businesses.

I went to ＳＵＳＨＩ＆Ｊａｐａｎｅｓｅ　Ｔａｐａｓ"dinings" near Edgeware Road station.

I heard from a friend that it’s difficult to make a reservation especially in evenings.

But I was lucky I could book a seat when I called at that day.

I, as a Japanese strongly commented they are well done!!

It has Japanese delicate taste that will affect you,

It is a valuable restaurant in London.

But…. portion is also delicate.

Maybe you almost ask, ‘that’s it???’

And the restaurant cost is generally much higher than other ones.

About 100pounds per 2people including in alcohols.

Restaurant for an Anniversary…

But their interior is simple like Japanese style.

If you made your date gorgeous, it would be too simple.

You can appeal to have a great wide range of knowledge on restaurants.
